Implementation of ASYCUDA with Broker's Module in Kailali

In a similar mission to carry out the expansion of ASYCUDA, Kailali Customs Office is the first one to implement ASYCUDA and then Broker's Module on the same day. The implementation was carried out on 09 Magh 2067 (23 January 2011) with official starting on 12 Magh 2067 (26 January 2011).

Before launching, a technical team from DoC set up the system, configured and facilitated its implementation. With the co-ordination of Revenue Administration Training Center, Broker's Module Training was organized for the Brokers as well as the staff of the office for the smooth operation and maintenance of the System.

Inaugurating the program, chief of Kailali Customs Office, Kamal Bahadur RajLawat showed his commitment towards customs modernization and assured his support to strengthen it further. Agents and representatives were very participative during the training and are pushing themselves for active and effective Broker's Module operation.
